  1. Instead of using an IDE, to a beginner, I would suggest to use a good text editor, be it VS Code or Sublime Text or any else, and after that run your program using a terminal. That will teallr give you a feel of the things as you’ll get to see when to use javac, the java compiler and when to use java, the JVM. Also, using a command line interface provides you with a lot of functionality with great simplicity.
