The World biggest mobile factory Samsung’s new mobile phone factory come to, in India.

The Prime Minister of India, Narendra Modi, and the President of Korea, Moon Jae-organising the new mobile phone manufacturing facility in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.

The biggest mobile company Samsung starting the manufacturing at the new factory was also attended by the Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh, Yogi Adityanath, the Minister of Commerce and Industry, Suresh Prabhu, and senior executives of Samsung Electronics, including Vice Chairman Jay Y. Lee, Vice Chairman BK Yoon and, CEO and President of IT & Mobile Communications DJ Koh.

Samsung’s gives a new facility to spread over 129,000 sq. metres will help PM Modi’s ambitious “Make in India” to initiative while completed the company’s goal of making India an export hub for the world.

Here the new facility will help Samsung to grow product demand and services across the country, while for the common people, it would hopefully purchase in cheaper phones and other products and services are coming to the days.

“Noida factory, the world’s largest mobile factory, is a symbol of Samsung’s strong commitment to India, and a shining example of the success of the Government’s ‘Make in India’ programme. Samsung is a long-term partner of India.

We are aligned with Government policies and will continue to seek their support to achieve our dream of making India a global export hub for mobile phones,” HC Hong, Chief Executive Officer, Samsung India, said in a statement.

Samsung entered the Indian market in 1995 and has been a go-to brand for mobile phones for buyers ever since.

The company started making in India in 2007 and is one of the few global companies in the country that has been populating Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs) right from its inception and is also aligned with the Government of India’s Phased Manufacturing Programme (PMP) goals.

It has two manufacturing facilities in India, one in Noida and another in Sriperumbudur, near Chennai.

The planned expansion of the Noida plant is part of Samsung’s Rs 4,915 crore investment it had announced on June 7, 2017. The Noida factory was the first set up in 1996.

Samsung comes the Indian market in 1995 and has been a go-to brand for mobile phones for purchaser ever since in India.

The biggest mobile phone manufacturer Samsung has five R&D centres and one design centre, in India.

These are connected by a strong network of over 1.6 lakh retail outlets and 3,000 customer service points in India.

Where the another biggest mobile phone company Xiaomi announced its 1,000th or more than service centre in Hyderabad in June this year Xiaomi claiming that it is now able to resolve 99 per cent of cases within 4 hour repair time.

Xiaomi has service centres & it has across more than 600 cities and has emerged as the leader in after-sales services for customers, the company said quoting data compiled by Red Quanta.

The data is apparently based on interviews executed across 2,000 users of brands including Xiaomi, Samsung’s, Oppo, OnePlus, Lenovo and Motorola, Lava and Huawei spread in 32 cities and towns of India by Red Quanta.
